Unfortunately, March's "Jam (Turn It Up)" didn't quite earn an audience following, and her video was denied its moment in the spotlight. Now Perez Hilton has posted a leaked clip from the never-before-seen music video, and judging from 54-second footage -- which features bubble-gum pink hot pants, sticky lip gloss, and some serious, panic attack-inducing strobe lights -- we understand why.
